Understanding how a bitter is made, which herbs are used for production and how they are processed are just some of the secrets you will discover when visiting Cappelletti’s ‘cellar’. The scents of plants and roots will accompany you on this journey not only visually, but also olfactorily. A family history that began almost 120 years ago will provide the backdrop to today’s life, to how tastes and flavours have changed over the years, through bitters, bitters and aperitifs….(but what’s the difference?!?)

Grappa Trentina, which has always been present in the company, will not fail to be illustrated during this visit.

GUIDED VISITS

The visit will begin with a welcome drink, the telling of the history of the company and the Cappelletti family with its 4 generations that over the years have brought it to be the company it is today. You will then be taken on a tour of the cellar, a sensory experience characterised by the sight of cisterns, old presses still in operation and the scents of herb, spice and root infusions.
