La Grandeur Brandy

Ingrandisci

The Brandy is the generic name of the spirits obtained from the distillation of the wine, after a period of aging in barrels.
The etymology of the word derives from the Dutch branvjn - brandewijn which means burned wine, distilled.

It is produced by the distillation of healthy wine, without sulphites, mainly of trebbiano, not broken or acetified and its organoleptic qualities derive from the value of the raw material.

The distillation takes place in discontinuous alembic still but just distilled, the brandy is not yet brandy: it must first be subjected to a period of aging in barrel.

Brandy is usually consumed as a digestive after meals, or as a meditation distillate; sometimes accompanying him to the smoke of a cigar, or some bit of bitter chocolate.
It is also used as a coffee corrector.

Recommended use; as an aperitif, in espresso coffees, as digestif or at any time during the day. Perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment or meditation, maybe accompanied by a good cigar.
